By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are the legal age of majority under applicable law to form a binding contract with us and that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Services.

Disclaimer and Non-Waiver of Rights

If you breach these terms and Audio Joiner chooses not to take immediate action, Audio Joiner remains entitled to all rights and remedies at any later date or in any other circumstance in which you breach these terms.
Audio Joiner does not waive any of its rights and shall not be liable for alleged breach arising from circumstances beyond its control. A person who is not a party to this clause has no right to enforce it.
Assignment
You may not assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.
